Important that we remember that the vast majority of the worlds population have limited or no access to controlled #medicines , even in #PalliativeCare . The so called 'war on drugs', the interpretation and enforcement of the conventions..that plays a part.

We can promote drug law reform in Scotland by changing how the law is implemented and policed.
We need drug consumption rooms.
We need drug checking services.
We need to stop criminalising people who use drugs.
