I recently made Ugali flour from sweet potatoes peelings(amaara),sorghum and cassava.

Aah!, elite ugali that one. Kwanza if paired with pumpkin leaves (seveve) and fresh tilapia.

I now understand why my cousins would eat nonstop when my grandmother made it.

Jowar, also called Sorghum, is considered a powerhouse millet as it is packed with multiple health benefits. Being a climate-resilient crop & with a sustainable approach to farming, it is a great choice for both health and the environment.

We shouldn't let Billy the American gate go after millet the way they did teff, sorghum, & avocado. We will suffer.
