I feel for the Post Office victims but there are so many other injustices that don't get much airtime, eg et al. Why should people have to sell their house to pay for care when they've paid into a rotten system for decades.

@Labour's challenge by robert shrimsley Financial Times. won't be solved by pay alone Rachel Reeves it needs funding. My tip: abolish NICees; add 7% onto Basic Rate Tax; raises ยฃ14bn from economic inactive/ rich pensioners (me) to fund it. Cuts 1% off 27% tax on workers.

You should be as worried about the of public assets under Labour as you are the Tories and the Lib Demโ€™s.

Only The Green Partyโฉ will ensure the INVESTMENT in public services is paid for by those who can more than afford it.

Yes Keir Starmer. What will you do to 'serve' the the millions of family carers who've had to give up work to care for the sick & disabled? Spineless Labour removed all reference to reform in its manifesto, fearful the Tories would use it as a stick to beat them.

I've just been canvassed on the doorstep by a Tory party member

If nothing else, I stopped him bothering anyone else for 15 mins

But I also opened my front door to show him the reality of cuts to local council budgets & the impact of not receiving needed support
