Day One of Independent Cinema Office screeningdays is done, rounding out with a lovely chat with MUBI UK & Ireland and ModernFilms folk. On a day that I was feeling quite ‘meh’ about cinema management, it’s quite the boost.

Kicking off ID #ScreeningDays with peeps from across the UK joining us Independent Cinema Office. I'm conscious that these are tough times and it's tempting to dig into what we've always done, but, long term, that is a path to extinction.
We had an exhausting but brilliant weekend watching lots of upcoming releases at the Spring #ScreeningDays at BFI, and meeting people from other community cinemas and film clubs. The early starts were well worth it! Thx to the Independent Cinema Office team for all their hard work.
