🚨 A new Anti-Trans Bill in West Virginia would ban 'transgender exposure to minors' as 'obscene matter (SB252).

If passed, it will add to a law with a FIVE YEAR max prison term.

The law is SB252, and it also spells out many other provisions, such as not allowing 'obscene matter' within 2,500 feet from schools.

First steps to fix SB252:

1) Remove language allowing WHO policies to penetrate Florida simply by Governor executive order or state rule.

2) Remove 2025 mRNA sunset clause.

3) Expand definition of “any vaccine” to include more than mRNA, EUA & Covid vaccines.
