The most impactful paper of #PMAC23, in fact, one of the most memorable papers I’ve ever seen was An archaeology of the Pomeranian crime of 1939 paper on the results of the excavations in the Szpęgawski Forest execution site. If you are interested in #WWII, #archaeology of war & terror, this is a must read

After a fantastic weekend at Soc Post-Med Archaeology in Poznan it’s been great to have a morning to wander around the city and see the various areas where the medieval city was reconstructed post 1945.
