After 45 years of service, Squadron Leader Neil Hawthorn retires from the RAF. He joined as an aircraft propulsion fitter in 1977, before working his way up to the rank of Chief Technician and commissioning as an engineering officer. Read more at: bit.ly/3hqAp5g
