From May 2022 to till date, I've been only requesting BYPL/BSES officials to share the reason for my new connection request cancellation. The officials ignored my only one CA no., removed it & placed an unknown CA no. in front of my father's name. Is that a trustworthy act?

Best example of dedication & sincerity - Rajasthan is witnessing a flood like situation & despite all odds, a gas agency worker delivered a cylinder to a consumer. People needs to learn from this, especially BYPL/BSES officials who troubles sincere consumers & protects faulters.

शिक्षित दिल्ली की कहानी: ईमानदारी से बिल भरने वाले एक शिक्षित व्यक्ति को 1 साल से बिजली का नया कनेक्शन, कुछ अनजान लोगों के CA नंबर्स दिखाकर नहीं दिया गया, जानकारी माँगने पर वो भी नहीं दी गई। वहीं अवैध बिजली पाने वाले मज़े कर रहे हैं।

BSES Delhi BSES can't even share truthful info with its honest consumers. I guess those new meters are for the people who r illegally using electricity with the support of BSES/BYPL because such people help your corrupt staff in earning extra income. Poor Staff, Poor handling of complaints!
