by speaking out it changes a bad thing that happened to a good thing as i know this helps others who have been silenced by their families or authorities. We Don't have to stay quiet, #notmyshame we need everyone to know what is the result when someone allowed to rape children

So good to see a male speaking this truth. Its mainly dads, step dad, brothers uncles &grandfathers who sexually abuse children in their homes. This is another thing that is not spoken about. #NoMoreSilence and #Notmyshame are groups of survivors that are speaking up about this

I had my first tiny step towards healing from CSA this week. Having got to middle age before being able to hear my traumatised inner child is devastating. It is #NotMyShame
