Yesterday, two whales were spotted by one of our surveillance aircraft north of the #MagdalenIslands . This sighting will result in a 15-day fishing closure in the area where the whales were detected.
Last month, the North Atlantic right whale #CalvingSeason ended with a total of 11 mother-calf pairs.
