This is the condition of berth no.12, HA1 coach, Nagercoil Express (22667). The steel rod over which the screens are draped is broken and one half of the screen is missing. Nobody took the initiative to actually fix it even after we paid loads of money.

Nobody took the initiative to fix it even after we paid loads of money. This half of the rod was on my berth. Useless.
