Because NPD is a real diagnosis, I try not to use terms like 'narcissist' as an insult. It's not necessary, and I think it contributes to stigma 🤷🏽‍♀️

I'm not saying that crazy NPD assholes are sliding into the DMs of my tweeps and slagging me off variously, but I am saying that anyone doing that is batshit and sick and that I don't ever do it to anyone. It's a high narcissism behaviour for sure.
