Day twelve. (I missed 11 due to volunteer fire shift) Project work both days. Analyze phase is the worst. But I’ve completed the designe process and have it done. The next two days are presenting the developed program to the class. Then I’m done! #NCOLCoE #Education

Day ten. We learned about evaluation of the training plan. How to assess the training and students. We start our projects then get to give them. #NCOLCoE #Education

Day nine. One more day of classes, then three days working on our project. And then presentation. #NCOLCOE #Education

Day eight over. Half way through and we are starting our projects. Of course my first idea crashed and burned in the analyze phase. So back to the white board. #Education #NCOLCoE

Day seven down Working on my project. Half the battle was figuring out what it should be. Now when class is done we can stay late and work on the project till 2100. Or do it at home. My brain hurts. #NCOLCoE #Education

Day Five done My brain hurts. We started to analyze the knowledge we are going to design a course on Thank goodness that one of my group has decent handwriting Side note I’m the third lowest ranking person in the class All but two others are Sergeants Major #Education #NCOLCoE

Day Four done! The developer course is no joke. It turns out the amount of work is the same as a 5 credit course but because it is only 14 days they can only be accredited for three. The only good thing is it is not physically demanding. #Education #NCOLCoE

Day Two done. I’m ready to slap Bloom because of his taxonomy. It is only up hill from here. #Education #NCOLCoE
