Last week I had the great pleasure of returning to Wellcome Connecting Science Learning and Training Microbiomes in Health and Disease where I presented some of my PhD research on using TDA to analyse the gut microbiome in Parkinson’s Disease. 🧠 This was the biggest presentation I have done so far!
