Wide Awake Media Aerial Survey. they operate as a 3rd party doing aerial surveys for mapping, pictometry, aerial measurements. Usually like this is an area scan for arerial imagery and mapping for things like Bing maps, Apple Maps, Eagle View roof measuring, etc. From the plane owners website:

Hello All! Hope you all had a smashing weekend. Thought I'd give a quick update for #MapMonday on the mapping of the Civil Parishes of Brecknockshire as depicted on the 1st Edition 6' OS Mapping. Another day or so and it will be completed 😉!

This is the current #GTAVI Mapping Project progress. The community was almost bang on with GTAV's map, so if they're correct with this, we're in fore a HUGE open-world map.
