Teamed up with Transit Police-Targeted Mobile Enforcement Team for driving enforcement today. Research shows a 3.6x higher crash risk when drivers are using hand-held devices. This dangerous behavior is especially risky in rainy conditions near pedestrian-heavy transit hubs.
