Got a little funky at the end of my workout

Did some uphill resistance walking….. backwards!

Threw a couple heavy kettlebells over my head to engage the core

Kettlebells tonight. Did a 10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 ladder presses with a 53lb KB, then 50 squats, then 100 swings with the 62lb. My traps are getting big!

Build explosive strength with double kettlebells.

•Playing around with tricks & flips
•Swings with 80lb & 97lb kettlebells so I can go up to the 125lb kettlebell

Not your usual gym workout. But you will end up on the floor collapsing:)

Happy Workout Wednesday!! Kettlebells are a lot of fun and a nice change of pace from dumbbells. They can be more challenging because you’re stabilizing the weight as you’re lifting and that handle is great for swinging and power movements! 💥 youtube.com/shorts/jfbyTe1…
