Kettlebells tonight. Did a 10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 ladder presses with a 53lb KB, then 50 squats, then 100 swings with the 62lb. My traps are getting big!
•Mobility •Sipping on Yerba Mate in between •Playing around with tricks & flips •Swings with 80lb & 97lb kettlebells so I can go up to the 125lb kettlebell
