In the lead up to #IDY23 , INS Satpura, deployed to Makassar for IFR and 4th MNEK undertook Yoga onboard, spreading the message of the benefits of yoga towards leading a healthy lifestyle.

The yoga sessions followed the common yoga protocol as prescribed by the
focusing on the theme of #IDY23 - #YogaforHumanity . Over several thousand personnel including naval personnel, DSC, Def. Civ & family members participated in the events across the Eastern Seaboard.
