Child soldier projects that have impact. On $47k last year, Grassroots Reconciliation Group reached 2,623 former child soldiers & refugees, created 153 new small businesses, enabled 500 kids to go to school for 1st time & empowered women refugees to access land. Very proud of our team.

I've hesitated to ask for support to the NGO I co-founded, Grassroots Reconciliation Group, during a time of crisis for all. But smth put me over the edge recently: 1 million South Sudanese refugees in N Uganda where we work had their food rations cut by the UN to 1 meal per day: 1,300 calories
