57👩🏼‍🦳. Ischemic cardiomyopathy EF 35%. Very symptomatic despite GDMT. LAD & RCA CTOs. MRI with multiple viable territories. CABG turndown. Achieved complete revasc in a single PCI session. Fortunately no need for MCS.
