Hello. This is to inform that the #H5N8 genomic sequence of avian flu virus in human ( #Astrakhan laboratory, Russian Federation) is available at GISAID/EpiFlu/EPI_ISL_1038924). Thanks to GISAID Initiative for their support.

GISAID Initiative after logging in as a registered user, the EpiFlu tab does not seem to be working. Inspecting the EpiFlu tab element shows it is meant to do nothing. Contacted GISAID, still awaiting a reply. Please help!

GISAID Initiative the 'epiflu' link on the GISAID website after logging in doesn't appear to work ... and inspecting the code for the button shows that it is meant to do nothing ... how to access?

The GISAID Initiative EpiFlu database does not appear to be accessible. The highlighted line in the code at the bottom is what is linked to by the 'EpiFlu' tab. Tried reaching out to GISAID directly but no luck. cc/ Trevor Bedford Richard Neher Monica C Galiano

#equine #flu virus update - Haemagglutinin (HA) and neuraminidase (NA) gene sequences from the Essex EI outbreak have been made available on the GISAID EpiFlu database (gisaid.org). Sequences from the other outbreaks will be published soon. All are Florida clade 1.
