#isirvAVG2017 Naomi Komadina giving a talk on the usage of EpiFlu tool for flu gene sequences Doherty Institute
Hello. This is to inform that the #H5N8 genomic sequence of avian flu virus in human ( #Astrakhan laboratory, Russian Federation) is available at GISAID/EpiFlu/EPI_ISL_1038924). Thanks to GISAID Initiative for their support.
GISAID Initiative after logging in as a registered user, the EpiFlu tab does not seem to be working. Inspecting the EpiFlu tab element shows it is meant to do nothing. Contacted GISAID, still awaiting a reply. Please help!
The results are fantastic, remarkamble & fascinating.
There are some relevant apps like #EpiFlu where people around the World can be introduced to #GenomicEpidemiology of #CoronaVirus #COVID19 .
Thank You so much to initiative #GISAid @AIDigest cc GermanForeignOffice for everything.🙏
GISAID Initiative the 'epiflu' link on the GISAID website after logging in doesn't appear to work ... and inspecting the code for the button shows that it is meant to do nothing ... how to access?
The GISAID Initiative EpiFlu database does not appear to be accessible. The highlighted line in the code at the bottom is what is linked to by the 'EpiFlu' tab. Tried reaching out to GISAID directly but no luck. cc/ Trevor Bedford Richard Neher Monica C Galiano
