Think I took on about 1500ml fluid yesterday during the marathon which seems about right & for temperature. Took first bottle at 3 miles then ran with one in my hand for rest of race #drinkdraindrop #londonmarathon2021

We aim to recycle every plastic bottle used at the event however these can only be recycled if they are empty, so please remember to #DrinkDrainDrop and that only clean water bottles can be recycled, those thrown into the verges and hedgerows cannot.
