They proliferate online not because of sophisticated deception, but because too many of us are too eager to spread content that reinforces our own views or debases those who disagree.

I was thrilled to join Toronto Metropolitan University for Democracy X Change as a speaker on intergenerational fairness.

It was an excellent discussion, particularly about the impacts of the housing crisis on the aspirations of young Canadians. #DXC24

I enjoyed participating in a Privy Council working meeting on resisting foreign disinformation, held at the DemocracyXChange.

The timing was exquisite: we met in parallel with Canada's Foreign Interference Commission hearings.
