Hi, I don't an ileostomy but I have a colostomy. However, I wish to know with the group, currently, I keep losing weight and having blood discharge every day. Related to blood discharge, any particular foods can I consume to ensure my body hemoglobin enough in my body.

This is so tough. I remember the day i got home from the hospital there was a pot of my favorite meal from grandma waiting for me. She just wanted me to feel the love. But I couldnt eat it. That began the talk about modifications and modifying cultural food.

I took proton pump inhibitors for years and now have stage 3 chronic kidney disease. Bed elevated plus wedge. Ranitidine. Drastically changed eating habits. Don't know what more I can do. Sad & frustrated.

THIS! If you have a toddler make a big pot together. I used a lot of squashes, roots and sweet potato or beans to bind. Roasting first helps with flavor. I mashed mine. Then took some and pureed for the baby. I also did a lot of smoothies, and fresh fruitcicles.
