This Constantia Glen Sauv was 5⭐️ in the 2018 Platter, delicious then but if anything has benefited greatly from the years since then. Still remarkably fresh & tangy with a vibrant fruity nose & fresh lemony-lime on the palate. Great pale straw colour for a 4-year-old Sauv.
