In the past, our bioblitz weekends have been challenged by covid restictions and the weather. But we persevere! We have beautiful coastline, white sandy beaches, subtropical rainforests, eucalyptus scrub, and Moreton Bay.

🔎we investigated the gardens' soil and soy to find local bacterial partners that facilitate soy growth

The #GSB is unique, as small communities can highlight their Biodiversity alongside major cities, eg Overstrand South Africa had the records and 2nd highest species count in #GSB 2023 with a population of only 159,080 #CitSciTC #citizenscience
