既存のシステムで業務が回っていて、それが多くの人間が苦労して作った成果だということをわかってないやつは、技術面だけみてレガシーとかディスりだすのだが、絵に書いただけの業務が回らないシステムよりCOBOLでもちゃんと動いていればいいじゃんとか思うのだけどね。
