In the gathering twilight gloom, lifeguards rescued a surfer stranded on a rock at Gwithian Towans, Cornwall yesterday. One lifeguard guided the surfer into the water before a colleague on a rescue water craft took them safely to shore. #BeBeachSafe and have a happy Halloween

Our RNLI volunteers were called out shortly before 11am to reports of two people cut off by the tide at Anchorsholme. The Atlantic 85 lifeboat launched and was heading to the scene but fortunately they reached safety before the lifeboat arrived. 🙂👍 #BeBeachSafe #999Coastguard
