Scotty M It is feasible that 15 years ago Rayner made an accountancy error in her favour, which cost the taxpayer a £1000 or so. If guilty, she will pay a fine, but as yet, no guilt is proven. It is HMRC that decides on tax law, not the tax dodging Daily Mail.
