Come on IHSAA!! Making an exception to this rule is a no brainer and it shouldn’t take too much work. Let’s do the right thing and not continue to do things “just because it’s how’s been done forever”. Growing/Emerging sports need to be treated differently!!

We are going to continue to fight for our athletes. Though differences are there on the ruling in other sports, it has not limited those sports from growing at schools. However, a sport with so much momentum has been halted on development outside of Indianapolis.

This has been a frustrating few days. The IHSAA has not been the ones to communicate to the families of the The Academy Boiler Juniors area that there is not an opportunity for them to compete locally for a boys program. The IHSAA leadership has also gone silent for over a week now.

Tonight, Indy Ignite Pro Volleyball makes history with their inaugural season opener! The Academy Volleyball Club is proud to play a part in this chapter of Indiana volleyball. There will be over 700+ Academy attendees made up of players, alumni, & families. Beyond proud of our families and organization.

Looks like GCU Lopes’s common sense decided to enter the transfer portal yesterday. We’ll be busy building the future you just handed away on a silver platter. Best of luck pretending this was strategic.
