Presumably even as employees diversify away from salary as stock, they are still massively exposed via promotion, firm profits and how that filters through to pay, and the risk of losing their job. bloomberg.com/opinion/articlโ€ฆ

On some things there's grounds for quiet optimism with a Starmer government: on rail, buses, reform to business rates, tax evasion, devolution.

But on stuff like this its excruciatingly clear there is no plan. There isn't a well of spare private capacity. It's the same doctors!

Clay Edge Case I think all features on that table need to be a 10, meaning they need to work every time. Otherwise, if something works 90% of the time, it's not going to be enough.
