The first speaker of the day, Mr. Ciro Ferrari, tackles relevant changes in #ecommerce such as the trade conflict between #US and #China. 🔎Representing Poste Italiane and Sengi Express Limited, he offers an analysis on the #UStariffs consequences.

Another insightful take on #ecommerce is proposed by Mr. David McRedmond, CEO at An Post . 💡He explores key #innovations promoted by the company, including a dedicated #marketplace and a phone app.

📭What are the key elements of #innovation in #logistics? Mr. Martti Kuldma, CEO of Omiva, proposes insightful transformation for the #baltic region, which have a direct impact on infrastructure and connection to remote areas.

Romanian Post, as presented by Mr. Valentin Stefan, is delineating a strategy for #diversification and #businessgrowth. 📈Investments on IT and logistic infrastructure, and a dedicated commercial policy are all key elements towards this goal.

Another significant intervention on #diversification is made by Mr. Roland Seger, CEO of Liechtenstein Post. 💡He presents six concrete examples implemented by the company to stay competitive while expanding product range.
