Thanks to all that got me back on track. It would seem I’m running a very collapsed core network. One ISP, One core switch and lots of access infrastructure. I’ll call the bigyin a core switch going forward. I think this was what I was shooting for, but I’ve slept since then. 😂

For cost and scale reasons, I have a 16 port 10gb switch that uplinks my servers and access switches to the firewall. I’m ironing out naming conventions while diagramming my network. Is this a beefy core switch or a distribution switch?
