Mrs Boole challenged us the make a circuit with a cell, a buzzer, a bulb and a switch. Then we investigated if the circuit would still work if we added a different material. First we predicted and then we investigated @holytrinitytatt peter mendiola 111

This afternoon we have looked at the sort of toys children would have played with in WW2and now we are making some card games, dolls, figures and clothes for a teddy bear @holytrinitytatt

We took advantage of the beautiful sunshine and took our learning outside. We looked at 3 different proposals for an allotment and had to decide which was the best and why. We had some very detailed explanations for our choices. @holytrinitytatt

Today is RE Day in school. Sycamore class have been learning more about Buddhism. We have begun to design our own mendala's and learning what meditation is and having a good at a guided meditation ourselves. We all really enjoyed it. @holytrinitytatt

At school today, different religions have been represented by art. We have studied the Creation story in Maple, Islamic art in Willow and Oak and Buddhist mendala's in Sycamore and Pine @holytrinitytatt

Miss Codling and Mrs Allen 🌳 Sycamore Class are starting to write their 'double-page spread' non-chronological reports using a skeleton plan. They have worked hard to understand how to create a plan and then use it to produce a piece of independent work.
