I love this idea...expand it to college basketball too but make the rule that you can only tag a non-conference opponent. Expand the number of tags a team has to play to 4 a year before they don't have to comply. Start it as a snake draft starting with the lowest ranked KenPom

So you admit that the smaller conferences could make less revenue from the NCAA tourney in years they only get 1 team in (which will be virtually every year). Glad we agree that mid major conference commissioners should be against expansion then!
