Our new paper on theme-based music generation is out! A theme retrieval NN that extracts themes from training data + a theme-conditioned seq2seq Transformer that learns to repeat a theme (with variations) in its generation result. Tested on pop piano music. Ian (Yi-Jen) Shih, Frank Zalkow
