Last night of Freestyle Practice. So impressed with the off-season commitment of our team. This is going to pay huge dividends next year. Now a couple weeks off before we start summer workouts on June 10th. Big shout outs to coaches JB, Sears and Soupene for all of their help

Just checked in to the Jordan Team Camp at St. Paris Graham HS... 5 days of eat, sleep, wrestle and repeat. Our guys are ready to work and get better!!

Started off session #2 with a mile run and now technique. Good start to camp.
