This week we hosted 43 carers for Afternoon Tea at Meadowcroft Community Centre. Everyone had a lovely, relaxing afternoon enjoying sandwiches, scones, and cakes!

Carers and their dependents attended Walk & Talk at Lydiard Park this week. The sun kept shining as they enjoyed some refreshments or an ice cream in The Stables Cafe after their walk. #swindoncarers #lydiardpark #walkandtalk
