Our Inter-county team have completed their training session at the Loughborough University training centrer pool and are now well on their way to Sheffield for dinner and rest before the big day tomorrow.

We've only gone and got ourselves promoted to Division 1 for next season by coming second with 485 points, Derbyshire won with 505 points & Hants and Warwickshire joint 3rd on 474 Fantastic effort by everyone involved - so proud of you all #sussexswimfamily
