Repair work will begin at 8:00 PM tonight and continue overnight near the intersection of S. Rice & Bellaire. The northbound section of S. Rice Avenue will be closed & motorists will be detoured via Linden and 3rd. Repairs are expected to be completed by the morning of Jan 15.
