Let’s tackle rest breaks! We all know we need them incorporated into practices, especially when working within WBGT concerns. Here’s some tips on the rest breaks 👇🏼

🗣️ Talking point! We all know the deeper into WBGT numbers we are, the more equipment needs to be removed. Collaborate with your coach on a modified practice plan, including doing equipment heavy drills first, instead of cancelling practice all together. Coaches 🤝 ATs= safety
