2/28/2023 22:26 Swansea Fire dispatch was notified of a structure fire in the area of Elmwood Ave. The fire was confined to the basement of the residence. Firefighters from 3 of our stations responded & operated 1 hose line from Engine 2. EMS stood by as firefighters overhauled.
