Development, implementation and evaluation of a novel QI and patient safety curriculum in an EM residency training program Sachin Trivedi link.springer.com/article/10.100… This curriculum represents a viable option for other programs to adopt to strengthen their QIPS education for EM residents.

Medical residents in their 4th & 5th years of Emergency Medicine, Anesthesia & Diagnostic Radiology can receive $30K/year, up to $60K total, to stay & work in SK. Retroactive to July 2024, this incentive aims to boost retention & strengthen healthcare.
