The first award went to Suzannah Mirghani(Suzannah Mirghani)'s in-development project COTTON QUEEN, which is the feature expansion of her #MADShort (MAD Shorts) Al-Sit. The film is produced by Caroline Daube and is a Sudanese-German co-production.
