After 6y of reporting to the council, finally this awful ivy has been cut! No before photo but it protruded over halfway into the pavement. The street furniture made it hard for buggies to pass, and impossible for wheelchairs: users used the road instead! #PavementsAreForPeople

LBN is holding a community workshop to gather input tomorrow Thu 30 Mar 11am-12pm The Gate Library re improving #ForestLanePark. I’m connected into various networks across #ForestGate & Newham; I only found out by chance late Mon. Did you already know about this workshop!?

Aston-Mansfield feels “sadness” that Durning Hall has been sold to developers. Even though *they* applied for the planning permission in order to sell it off to developers, and *they* are the ones who sold it. 🫤 (Note they say “is being sold” as if they had no part in it. 🙄)

Anyone know if Closet London has gone bankrupt or been hacked? Website has been down for several days, so I just checked their social media and looks like they haven’t replied to e-mails or social media posts in ages?
