Interesting article by Niamh Twomey todays's The Irish Times on Estate Agent offering 'split price' deals🤔 It is my firm opinion, with very few exceptions, Estate Agents should be avoided when buying or selling property. There is a gap in the market for an honest broker..anyone?

I consider myself to be a dedicated reader but the recommendations in today's The Irish Times mostly leave me cold.🙄 Luckily author Carol Drinkwater in the same section, has better suggestions👍🙏
