I think very few people in the world predict that AI will drastically change the world in the near future, which in my opinion is the most likely outcome. There is a big crowd of AI skeptics who think “AI today cannot do X therefore it’s dumb and will never amount to anything”

At OpenAI I remember when we were excited to see a video model make a blurry, pixelated ping pong ball bounce up and down realistically for more than a second. "It learned physics!" That was ~4 years ago. Still think we're hitting a wall?
