Student attendees kicked off day one of #AES2022 with tours of App State's campus to learn about campus gardens, campus sustainability and renewable energy initiatives.

The opening plenary for #AES2022 "Regenerative, Resilient & Sustainable: Celebrating 10 Years of Best Practices" explored energy solutions for NC, clean energy funding and putting sustainability education to work.

As part of the Student Summit, held concurrently with #AES2022, students participated in a poster competition presenting innovative ideas on topics related to renewable energy, climate, clean transportation, policy, emissions and more.
