Just a minute ago I phoned for the second time this weekend to ask to speak to someone in charge of daughter’s care - just had the phone put down and told “I am going to have to end the call.” Care Quality Commission
I am concerned when I visit my visits are 2-1 supervised and phone calls supervised too. Again nothing is done in an open transparent way and this has been going on for years now. I would like to discuss the safeguarding against me right here on X Care Quality Commission
