1/2 Renal stone disease is going from Mini to Micro level in terms of #PCNL tract size. #ECIRS and also micro ECIRS, if the supine #PCNL tract is very small, so that #RIRS and Ultra mini-perc can clear the stones with minimal morbidity. Let us listen such surgical techniques

young man with h/o DVT and Vascular stent in left external and common iliac vein, presented with a 1 cm left renal calculus. Neither semirigid URS nor access sheath could be passed beyond the vascular stent. FLexi URS negotiated with difficulty and RIRS done successfully.
